The 11-member House prosecution team has begun to divide among themselves the seven articles of impeachment in the complaint against Vice President Duterte, as they continue to await the actual start of the trial at the Senate.
Manila 3rd district Rep. Joel Chua, one of the congressman-prosecutors, shared this to House reporters Monday, March 10, although he couldn't give the full details of their individual assignments yet.
"Hinati-hati na po ‘yung articles. Kung saan po ang bawat isa ay may mga assignment and at the same time pinag-aaralan ‘yung mga substansya ng bawat article at kung ano pa ‘yung possible na mga legal issues na amin pong kakaharapin,” he said during a press conference.
(The articles have been divided. Each one of us have been given assignments and at the same time, we're studying the substance of each article and the possible legal issues that we might face.)
The seven articles of impeachment against Duterte are as follows:

Article 7: The totality of respondent's conduct as Vice President.
“Sa akin po, 2 at saka 3. Iyung confidential fund at saka ‘yung sa bribery (Articles 2 and 3 are mine. The one on confidential funds and bribery),” Chua said.
Joining Chua in the prosecution team are Batangas 2nd district Rep. Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” Luistro, 1-Rider Party-list Rep. Rodge Gutierrez, Bukidnon 2nd district Rep. Defensor had previously confirmed this assignment.
Chua said the other impeachment prosecutors took charge of the remaining articles, including the EJK-related charge under Article 5. He said multiple solons can handle one article.
“Kung ‘di ako nagkakamali si Cong. Lorenz at saka si, meron pang isa, dalawa ‘yan eh. Hindi lang ako sure kung si Cong. Rodge or kasama ko si Cong. Rodge. But definitely kasama ko si Cong. Acop at saka si Congresswoman Jinky,” he said.
(If I'm not mistaken, it's Cong. Lorenz and, there's another one, there's supposed to be two of them. I'm not sure of it's Cong. Rodge, or if Cong. Rodge is with me. But definitely Cong. Acop and Congresswoman Jinky will be with me.)
Chua said he would get back to reporters after "verifying" he rest of the list.
He confirmed in the same presser that the prosecutors would hold their next preparatory meeting on Tuesday, March 11.
