Muntinlupa honors top 10 taxpayers on 30th cityhood anniversary celebration

The Muntinlupa City government honored the business community by recognizing the top 10 taxpayers.

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon led the recognition of the top 10 taxpayers on March 1, the 30th cityhood anniversary of Muntinlupa.

“Congratulations to our top 10 taxpayers–the active partners of the City Government of Muntinlupa in the economic boost of our city and in providing services to our people,” said Biazon.

The top 10 taxpayers in Muntinlupa are:

1. Ford Group Philippines, Inc.

2. Filinvest Land Inc.-Festival Mall

3. Filinvest Alabang Inc.

4. Filinvest Reit Corp.

5. Manila Electric Company

6. Genpact Services LLC (Philippines Branch)

7. Alabang Commercial Corporation

8. Amkor Technology Philippines, Inc.

9. The Insular Life Insurance Company, Ltd.

10. Citysuper Alabang Inc.

In his State of the City Address, Biazon said in 2024, the Muntinlupa City government collected revenues amounting to P7.26 billion with a collection efficiency rating of 101.2 percent, a 16.18 percent growth since he assumed office in 2022.

“Ang bawat piso mula sa inyong contribution ay malaking tulong sa paglilingkod sa ating lungsod—lalo na sa social services at public safety (Every peso from your contribution is a great help in serving our city—especially in social services and public safety). Let’s keep on making Muntinlupa’s economy stronger and more resilient,” the mayor said.
