Two thousand three hundred twenty-nine personnel from the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) were promoted on Thursday, Feb. 6, during a ceremony at the Camp General Alejo Santos in Malolos, Bulacan.
Bulacan PPO director Col. Satur Ediong led the oath-taking, donning, and pinning of ranks of newly promoted 2nd level uniformed personnel.

In his message, Col. Ediong congratulated the newly promoted police non-commissioned officers, acknowledging their dedication, hard work, and commitment to the ideals of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
"This significant milestone in your career is a testament to your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Philippine National Police," he said.
The police chief emphasized that the promotion signifies not only professional advancement but also greater responsibilities and higher expectations.
"We trust that you will continue to embody the values of service, honor, and justice as you lead by example and inspire your colleagues," Ediong said.
He encouraged the newly promoted officers to use this achievement as motivation to strive for excellence and strengthen their dedication to serving and protecting the community with integrity.
"Congratulations once again on this well-deserved promotion. May you continue to be a source of pride for the Bulacan Police Provincial Office and the communities we serve," the chief added.
