P349.5-M infra projects under construction at 3rd ID headquarters in Capiz

ILOILO CITY – Infrastructure projects totaling P349.5 million are under construction in Camp Peralta, the headquarters of the 3^rd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army in Jamindan town, Capiz province.

“We have not forgotten to support our men (and women) in uniform as we remember their service in ensuring security in our communities,” said USWAG Ilonggo party-list Rep. James “Jojo” Ang Jr. who led the recent groundbreaking ceremony of the new administration building, an apartment building for officers, two apartment buildings for personnel, and a multi-purpose building.

The infrastructure projects are built in partnership with the Office of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Office of House Speaker Martin Romualdez, and the Department of Public Works and Highways-Region 6 under Regional Director Sanny Boy Oropel.

“We will continue in our goal to provide conducive facilities to our army as they continue to maintain peace and order,” added Ang.

The infrastructure projects will boost the morale of soldiers serving in Camp Jamindan.
