Mitsubishi crowns top performers at 23rd Skill Olympics
Carworld, Inc. is overall grand champion

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) continues its commitment to the professional growth of its dealership network with its 23rd Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO) last January 11, 2025 at MMPC Training Center in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
The Mitsubishi Skills Olympics is an annual event hosted by MMPC showcasing the skills and expertise of its dealer personnel. It is designed to challenge participants, elevate their competencies, and reinforce the brand’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
This also serves as a platform to pick out the participants that will best represent the company to Mitsubishi Motors Corporation’s (MMC) Global Service Skills Competition in Japan. This year, Carworld Inc. emerged as the overall grand champion, securing top awards across multiple categories and demonstrating the highest level of excellence.
This year’s competition was made even more significant with the introduction of two new categories, the Warranty Officer Contest and the Sales Customer Relations Officer (CRO) Contest. These additional categories further expand the platform to recognize all the vital roles within MMPC’s dealerships.

The champions of the Service Advisor category - Raymond Rivera of Carworld and Technician category - Jose G. Irinco of Diamond Motor, will represent MMPC at the prestigious Global Service Skills Competition hosted by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in Japan in December 2025. All finalists in all categories will also travel to Japan this year with all expenses to be covered by MMPC.
In the Sales Executive Contest, Jonathan Elvis Obispo of Union Motor Corp. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Zandro Luis Asprer of Carworld Inc. while Second Runner-Up was Allen Rench Alfonso, of Bluebird Motors Corp.
In the Sales Customer Relations Officer Contest, Realyn Garbin of Union Motor Corp. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Redelyn Jenny Santiago of Global Excellence Motors, Inc. while Second Runner-Up was Rea Gecale of Karasia Inc.
In the Technician Contest, Jose G. Irinco of Diamond Motor Corp. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Daryll Afable of Gateway Motors Cebu, Inc. while Second Runner-Up was Bautista Rivera of Carworld Inc.
In the Service Customer Relations Officer Contest, Sharizz Parangan of SFM Sales Corp. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Naia A. Tabingo of Jabez Motors, while Second Runner-Up was Maridin Andrei G. Peña of Union Motor Corp.
In the Service Advisor Contest, Raymond Rivera of Carworld Inc. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Edler Cabil of Northpoint Alliance Motor Corp., while Second Runner-Up was Shiela May G. Pamuceno of Union Motor Corp.
In the Warranty Officer Contest, Allan Santiago of Carworld Inc. was crowned Champion. First Runner-Up was Ronnel B. Acobo of Diamond Motor Corp., while Second Runner-Up was Albert Castro of Freeway Motor Sales of Baliuag Corp.
