Romualdezes lead impeach complaint signatories from Eastern Visayas
TACLOBAN CITY – House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and wife Tingog party-list Rep. Yedda led congressmen from Eastern Visayas who signed the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

Others signatories were Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre, 4Ps party-list Rep. and House Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan, who was elected as one of the 11 prosecutors in the impeachment trial; Leyte second district Rep. Lolita Karen Javier and third district Rep. Anna Veloso-Tuazon, Biliran Rep. Gerardo "Gerryboy" Espina Jr., Southern Leyte first district Rep. Luz Mercado and second district Rep. Christopherson Yap, Northern Samar first district Rep. Paul Daza and second district Rep. Harris Ongchuan, and Eastern Samar Rep. Fe Abunda.
Leyte fourth district Rep. Richard Gomez and fifth district Rep. Carl Cari did not sign. Cari was reportedly absent during voting because of his grandfather’s burial.
Brothers Stephen James and Reynolds Michael Tan, representatives of the first and second districts of Samar, also did not sign the complaint.
