Five-hundred twenty-seven were from Negros Occidental, 217 from Bacolod, and 274 were from Negros Oriental.
Police Col. Joeresty Coronica, Bacolod police director, congratulated the newly promoted lawmen from Bacolod.
Coronica said a higher rank entails greater expectations, heightened duties, and more demanding challenges, thus, output and performance must elevate to match the new level of accountability that the rank symbolizes.
He encouraged them to embrace new roles, step beyond their comfort zones, and be prepared for potential reassignments, which are crucial steps in shaping their leadership skills and advancing their professional growth.
“May you continue to serve with honor, integrity, and excellence – living up to the noble calling of law enforcement,” Coronica said.
