TripAdvisor: 3 Boracay beaches among Philippines' best

ILOILO CITY – TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, has named three beaches at world-famous Boracay Island as among the 10 best in the country this year.

Ranking first is White Beach, the resort-island’s most popular beach.

TripAdvisor noted White Beach for its amazing sunsets and white sand that stays cool even during hot weather.

“With its powdery white sands and breathtaking sunsets, White Beach remains the heart of Boracay Island, providing an unforgettable experience for tourists seeking beauty and relaxation,” said the Malay-Boracay Tourism Office.

Second is Puka Shell Beach named as such due to the prevalent of white seashells.

“Puka Beach offers a quieter, more serene alternative, with crystal-clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for those looking to relax in paradise,” said the Malay-Boracay Tourism Office.

Third is Diniwid Beach, ranked 10th for being a serene beach.

“Diniwid Beach is a hidden gem for those looking for a more intimate beach experience, complete with breathtaking views and an unforgettable sunset,” said the Malay-Boracay Tourism Office.
