OPM singer TJ Monterde shared laughter, heartbreak, and tears with fans as he recounted moments of losing and finding love again.

During his sold-out concerts at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City, from Feb. 1 to 3, TJ discussed his experiences with love before performing. The audience, especially the women, was thrilled whenever he shared his thoughts on the subject.

TJ's heartfelt words about love moved many in attendance, leading some men to propose to their girlfriends during the concerts. LED screens around the coliseum displayed various reactions, with some girls in tears as TJ spoke about love, possibly touched by his messages.

With Valentine's Day approaching, here are some lines that evoked feelings of "kilig" and heartache for the audience during his sold-out shows:

1) 'Na-experience nyo na ba yun? May nakita kayong isang place na maganda. Tapos sasabihin mo sa sarili mo, "Sana nandito siya! Gusto niya ito!' (Have you ever experienced that? You see a place that's beautiful. Then you say to yourself, "I wish she was here! She'd like it!)

2) 'Hindi naman sa kulang ako dahil hindi ko siya kasama. It's just that it's a million times better kung nandito siya.' (It's not that I'm lacking because I'm not with her. It's just that it's a million times better if she's here.)

3) 'Ganun talaga. Kapag mahal mo, you feel corny. Ipakita mo ang nararamdaman mo. Wala kang pakialam sa sasabihin ng ibang tao.' (That's right. When you love, you feel corny. Show how you feel. You don't care what other people say.)

4) 'Kapag break na, may pag-asa pa o wala na? May chance na o wala na? Kung may chance, ilang chances? Isa, tatlo, wala na? Madaling sabihin, mahirap gawin.' Kung ikaw na ang andyan, mahirap magdesisyon.' (When it's time to break up, is there still hope or is there no more? Is there a chance or is there no more? If there is a chance, how many chances? One, three, none? Easy to say, hard to do. When you're there, it's hard to decide.)

5) 'May mga bagay talaga na hanggang dito na lang. Kahit gaano natin pilitin, hanggang dito na lang siya.' (Some things don't last long, no matter how hard we try.)

6) 'One of the hardest parts of being in a relationship is yung sanay na kayo sa isa't isa. At sa isang iglap, bang! Wala na siya. Hindi mo alam ang gagawin. Hindi mo alam saan magsisimula. (One of the hardest parts of being in a relationship is you get used to each other. And in an instant, bang! The person is gone. You don't know what to do. You don't know where to start.)

7) 'Minsan tinatanong ko yung mga tao: mahal mo o mahal ka? Laging sagot is mahal ko. Naisip ko lang paano naman kung mahal ako? Yung hindi napili, paano naman siya?' (Sometimes I ask people: is it the one you love or the one who loves you? The answer is always the one I love. I just thought, what if I am loved?' The one who wasn't chosen, what about the other person?)

8) 'Tanong ng couples sa isa't isa: ano ba ang label natin? Ano ba tayo? Mine-message mo ako araw-araw. Tinatanong mo ako kung nasaan na ako. Kung kumain na ako. Lumalabas tayo. Holding hands tayo. Ano ba ang label natin? What if it's the other way around? (Couples ask each other: what is our label? What are we? You message me every day. You ask me where I am. If I've eaten. We go out. We hold hands. What is our label? What if it's the other way around?)

9) "Paano kung label na lang ang meron? Wala ng pagmamahal? Label na lang ang pinanghahawakan ninyo. Andyan kayo dahil sayang! Sayang yung five years eh. Nag-i-stay ka na lang sa kanya dahil committed ka.' (What if all you have is a label? There's no love. All you're holding on to is a label. You're just staying with the person because you're committed.)

10) 'Noon na experience ko na-fall out sa akin ang ex ko. Yun ang pinakamasakit na breakup. You fall out of love. Napakasakit. Buti na lang may na fall in love sa akin. Binigay ni Lord sa akin si KZ (Tandingan). (I had an experience when my ex fell out with me. That was the most painful breakup. You fall out of love. It hurts so much. Luckily, someone fell in love with me. The Lord gave me KZ (Tandingan).
