Japanese Film Festival 2025

The Japan Foundation, Manila, invites everyone to a cinephile weekend through the Japanese Film Festival 2025. Notable films such as Godzilla Minus One, Perfect Days, and animated classics like Akira and Sand Land are part of this year’s lineup. The festival runs until this weekend at Shangri-La Plaza—with free admission—before heading to SM City Iloilo, SM City Baguio, SM Seaside City Cebu, SM City Davao, and SM City North EDSA.

Pokémon Fun Day

📍 Where: The Block Atrium, SM North EDSA, Quezon City

In partnership with The Pokémon Company, SM Supermalls has kicked off the first leg of Pokémon Fun Day at SM North EDSA! Until Feb. 13, fans can explore a supersized Pokémon event space featuring a six-meter-tall Pikachu inflatable, Pokémon Trading Card Game tutorial sessions, and licensed collectibles like Pokémon toys and apparel.

Nirvana Collective is kicking off Love Month down South with The Valentine’s Social. This event in Laguna brings together over 20 local and vintage fashion brands, plus great food, drinks, and photobooth sessions to help everyone get that lovin’ feeling.

Thespians Jojit Lorenzo, JC Santos, and Martha Comia star in 3 Upuan. Written and directed by Guelan Varela-Luarca, this stage play explores themes of time and grief. The production is a collaboration between Areté and Scene Change.
