More than that, he was recognized as Asia’s Exemplary Actor of the Year at Asia’s Influential Leader Awards. He was named the Box Office King at the 52nd Box Office Entertainment Awards for his promising performance in Five Breakups and a Romance. 

Richards’ remarkable honors and distinctions in the previous year have been worthy of the 2025 Manila Bulletin Newsmakers of the Year Award.
