The Taguig Police arrested a 43-year-old man after he was caught with shabu in a buy-bust operation on Feb. 25.
The police identified the suspect as alias Lito, 43, who was arrested at about 10 p.m. in Barangay Western Bicutan by operatives from the Taguig Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit.
Lito was apprehended after he sold the illegal drugs to an undercover police officer.

The police seized three plastic sachets containing 15.3 grams of shabu valued at P104,040, and buy-bust money consisting of a genuine P500 bill and P1,000 boodle money.
The illegal drugs were turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.
A complaint for violation of Sections 5 (sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals) and 11 (possession of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 ( Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) is being prepared by the police and will be filed before the Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office.
