A 14-year-old student of the British School Manila (BSM) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig has been missing and allegedly kidnapped after leaving the school with the family driver..
In a letter to the BSM families, Head of School Martin van der Linde said a senior school student is missing.

“I unfortunately need to make you aware of an ongoing situation affecting a family in our school community. One of our Senior School students was reported, and is still missing after leaving school with their driver after school yesterday,” he said in a letter posted by Bilyonaryo.com.
He said, “We are working closely with the family and authorities to support the investigation. At this time, we do not have further details to share and kindly ask that you avoid speculation and respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time.”
BSM had no update about the incident.
“We have no information to share at this time,” the BSM Communications Team told Manila Bulletin on Feb. 25.
During the Meet the Press of the National Press Club, the Bureau of Immigration’s Dana Sandoval said they are finding out if the incident is related to Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGO).
