The launch event, held at the BGC Arts Center on February 18, featured the Omoda C5, Omoda E5 EV, and Jaecoo EJ6 EV as the initial offerings for the Philippine market.

Two years of preparation

Before their official introduction, Omoda and Jaecoo spent 2023 and 2024 establishing their presence in the Philippine automotive scene. Last year, they participated in significant industry events such as the Manila International Auto Show, the 12th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit, and the Auto Focus Pre-Christmas Multi-Brand Test Drive Festival. This period was also dedicated to building a nationwide dealership network and forming partnerships with key financial and logistics companies to prepare for their formal market entry.
