DPWH launches digital platform to streamline contractor transactions


The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has rolled out the Information System and E-Payment Portal (ISEP) to streamline contractor applications and payment processes.

DPWH said ISEP allows contractors to submit material testing requests and complete payments online, eliminating manual procedures and minimizing the risk of irregularities in transactions.

The initiative is part of the department’s broader digital transformation strategy aimed at improving public service delivery and expediting infrastructure project approvals.

Since its implementation, the system has gained widespread adoption among contractors, with a full nationwide rollout targeted by 2025.

To support the transition, DPWH has set up a dedicated kiosk at its regional office to assist users in navigating the platform and ensuring seamless integration into their operations.

The agency is preparing to expand ISEP’s reach to all regional and district offices, aligning with the government’s push for digital innovation to enhance efficiency and governance in public infrastructure management.
