To commemorate the 39th EDSA People Power anniversary this year, the Aquino Center and Museum in Tarlac City will be reopened to the public on Tuesday, Feb. 25.

Meant to rediscover the leadership of the late former president Noynoy Aquino, the museum will reopen, and will offer guided tours.
"One day to the reopening of the Aquino Center and Museum. Rediscover the transformative leadership of President Noynoy Aquino - the fulfillment of the promises of his parents, and of freedom, transparency, and democracy," the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation said in its countdown for the event on Monday.
Guided tours are available at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.
As part of the commemoration, former senator and independent candidate Bam Aquino will lead a guided tour of the museum at 10 a.m.
A wreath laying ceremony hosted by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) in collaboration with Bantayog ng mga Bayani will take place at the People Power Monument at 8 a.m.
A 20-minute program that can be participated by anyone, anywhere will be spearheaded by the foundation at 10 a.m.
"In remembrance of Former President Corazon C. Aquino's oath taking on February 25, 1986, we'll recite our oath to the country at exactly 10 a.m. We'll post our personal oaths to a freedom wall after the program. You can also send us your personal oaths so we can post on our virtual freedom wall," the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation said.
Freedom-loving Filipinos were also encouraged to meet up at the EDSA Shrine and march to the People Power Monument.
"In keeping with the spirit of EDSA and People Power, we will march for truth, justice, and accountability," the foundation said.
A mass will be offered on the day of the EDSA People Power Revolution at the EDSA Shrine.
Activities initiated by the foundation for the People Power Revolution anniversary this year actually started on Feb. 22, starting with the tying of yellow ribbons which supporters of former senator Benigno 'Ninoy' Aquino, Jr. did along the streets of Metro Manila in anticipation of his arrival from exile.
"Tying yellow ribbons helps us remember Ninoy's sacrifice in defending democracy," the foundation said.
The EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary used to be commemorated yearly as a holiday. However, President Marcos did not include Feb. 25 to the list of holidays this year.
