Philippines advances golf tourism, investment prospects with GOLFCON 2025

The Department of Tourism (DOT) is strengthening efforts to position the country as a premier golf tourism destination through its support for the Philippine Golf Convention (GOLFCON) 2025.

In a statement, DOT said the event will gather industry leaders, tour operators, golf brands, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration, explore investment opportunities, and introduce innovations that will boost the sector.

Organized by South Pacific Events & Marketing Co., GOLFCON 2025 is set for March 8 to 9 at the Marriott Manila Hotel in Pasay City.

The convention will highlight the country’s world-class golf courses, scenic landscapes, and diverse tourism offerings, further reinforcing its position in the global golf tourism market.

A key attraction will be the unveiling of the latest golf club models from top international and local brands, providing professionals and enthusiasts with exclusive access to cutting-edge advancements in golf technology and equipment.

With expert-led panel discussions, strategic networking sessions, and exhibitor showcases, GOLFCON 2025 aims to generate investments, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand opportunities in the golf tourism sector.

As the Philippines continues to gain global recognition as a top golf destination, DOT remains committed to driving industry growth and enhancing its international competitiveness.
