UnionBank and their private banking and wealth management services just got the fresh shot in the arm it needed with the launch of their newly renovated and outfitted The Ark. Located on the ground floor of the Insular Life Building on Ayala Avenue, Makati; the new premises were the centerpiece of a Wealth Unlocked Media Appreciation event, that was graced by no less than UnionBank president and CEO Ana Aboitiz-Delgado.
The Ark is about customer experience that’s forward-looking and future-proof. It’s essentially a branch that’s AI-assisted and pushing the frontiers of digitizing Union Bank’s relationship with a select set of account holders. There’s a customized receiving area above the Ark for these clients, with dedicated receiving and meeting rooms, where coffee and refreshments are served. And there’s a basement Vault room that’s been modified so that art collectors will be fully appreciative of how Union Bank has upped its game.
