Sentria Storeys: Avida Land breaks ground on green condo in Vermosa Estate

Published Feb 23, 2025 10:09 pm

Avida Land, the mid-income residential brand of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), has begun construction of the 15-storey Tower 1 of Sentria Storeys Vermosa, marking a significant milestone in its expansion within Cavite’s thriving property sector.

Set for completion in August 2028, the mid-rise condominium is poised to cater to the growing demand and evolving homeowner preferences for suburban living, ALI said in a statement.

Strategic infrastructure investments, such as the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge, are fueling growth in Cavite's property market, as it improves the province’s connectivity and accessibility.

“Cavite’s appeal lies not only in its accessibility but in the lifestyle that it now offers. With Sentria Storeys Vermosa, we are responding to the market’s call for homes that balance urban conveniences with open spaces and environmental sustainability,” said Avida Land President Raquel Cruz.

Nestled within the 700-hectare, master-planned Vermosa estate, Sentria Storeys Vermosa is designed for individuals seeking a balanced way of life. The development offers studio (average of 26.5 square meters) and one-bedroom (35.8 sqm) units, each with balconies—priced between approximately ₱5.7 million and ₱8.5 million.

Thoughtfully integrated amenities include an indoor gym, adult and kiddie pools, a multi-purpose area, and a half basketball court, with pet-friendly spaces that cater to diverse homeowner needs.

Sustainability plays a central role in the project’s design. Energy-efficient features such as LED lighting, water-efficient fixtures, and a rainwater harvesting system are standard, reinforcing Avida Land’s commitment to responsible development.

“Residents won't just live comfortably—they’ll also contribute to a greener future. Sustainable features can help homeowners manage utility costs, improve indoor comfort, and support a healthier living environment.”

“Our goal is to offer thoughtful solutions that enhance everyday living while being mindful of long-term environmental impact,” Cruz added.

Sentria Storeys is strategically positioned within Campus Town, a vibrant commercial zone inside Vermosa, offering access to dining and retail establishments given its proximity to Ayala Malls Vermosa, Landers Superstore, an educational institution like De La Salle Santiago Zobel Vermosa Campus, and sports facilities at the state-of-the-art Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub.

Commuters will appreciate the project’s connectivity to major thoroughfares, including Daang Hari Road, SLEX via MCX, Cavitex, and CALAX, with further accessibility enhancements expected from the planned Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 6 along Daang Hari Road.
