Security guard stabs man out of jealousy in Rizal

A 26-year-old security guard stabbed a man who dropped off his wife at their house in Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal on Thursday, Feb. 20, the Rodriguez Rizal Police said.

Based on the police report, the suspect saw his wife alighting from the victim's motorcycle upon arriving at their house.

He then confronted the victim and stabbed him in the chest out of jealousy.

The victim was immediately brought to the hospital and is now in stable condition.

The police said the suspect was arrested and is now facing frustrated homicide charges. He declined to comment on the incident.
