Still a Kapuso: Boy Abunda continues his artistry and storytelling in GMA

The King of Talk Boy Abunda promises even better, juicier, and more meaningful content and conversations in “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” as he renewed his contract with GMA Network on Feb. 18.

Tito Boy expresses his gratitude for the love and support of the Kapuso Network, “This has always been my home. Hindi ako nahirapan bumalik sa GMA-7 dahil dito ako nag-umpisa. Now, as I begin the third year of ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,’ I continue to be a student, and I continue to be grateful.”
The award-winning host also shares the success of his talk show with his team, “I don’t do my work alone in ‘Fast Talk.’ I work with a team and I am at my happiest when I’m with my team. Kapag dumating ang guest, may show kami. Handa rin kami kapag hindi dumating. Parati kong sinasabi na itatawid natin ‘to because we are in the business of storytelling.”

In return, GMA Network Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon praises Tito Boy for his outstanding wit and artistry. Atty. Gozon said through a video message, “You embody what GMA Network stands for—credibility, integrity, and excellence. You remain as the most trusted and most respected showbiz authority because you continue to set the bar high. Thank you for strengthening our daily afternoon block, for uplifting the image of our artists, and for making them interesting and relevant through your interviews.”
Meanwhile, Duavit highlights his valuable friendship with the King of Talk throughout the years, “You are a testament to what the value or benefit of the virtues really are. It’s an honor and pleasure not only to be a fellow Kapuso, but also to be a long time friend of yours. Maraming salamat sa patuloy mong tiwala at sa patuloy nating pagsasama.”
Rasonable also expresses her gratitude to Tito Boy for his continuous support of Kapuso artists, “Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for your generosity in always being interested in our artists, especially the new ones. You give advice and suggestions to improve their image and protect them, and you always have that willingness to share whatever you know.”
