Ayala Land Estates Inc. (ALEI) and The Blue Leaf broke ground on The Blue Leaf at Arca South, a premier events venue set to open in 2026 within the 74-hectare Arca South Estate.
In a statement, Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) said the venue reflects both companies’ commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community-building, further enhancing the district’s dynamic lifestyle offerings.
The integration of The Blue Leaf into Arca South strengthens the estate’s diverse mix of developments, reinforcing its position as a highly connected business and lifestyle community.
ALI said that with an integrated and mixed-use masterplan, Arca South balances accessibility, sustainability, and urban efficiency, making it a thriving hub for modern living.
The Blue Leaf Managing Director Eugene Sandejas said, “Before Arca South was Food Terminal, a food consolidation center where farmers and buyers would meet to trade food and produce. We honor that history by designing The Blue Leaf at Arca South to become not just a destination for gatherings, but a destination for great food experiences as well.”
“The integration of Blue Leaf into Arca South is a synergistic approach to strengthen the mix of developments within the estate,” said ALEI Senior Vice President and Senior Project Development Head of Estates Group Mayi Rodriguez.
She added that, “It is a key component in ensuring our promise of delivering a mixed-use estate that has diverse uses for a holistic and dynamic urban living experience.”
The Blue Leaf at Arca South offers a single, exclusive events hall accommodating up to 250 guests, ensuring privacy and personalized service. Designed to focus on food-centered experiences and advanced theatrical features, the venue promises memorable and multi-sensory gatherings.
This venue is the most environmentally friendly in The Blue Leaf portfolio, featuring rainwater catchment systems, energy-efficient appliances, and solar power harvesting. These initiatives align with ALI’s commitment to sustainable development.
Positioned strategically in Taguig City with planned access to Skyway and C5, Arca South’s accessibility and strategic developments foster economic growth and community engagement.
“The addition of The Blue Leaf further enhances its role as a vibrant urban destination for business, leisure, and celebrations. With this partnership, Arca South and The Blue Leaf set a new standard for premier events spaces in the Metro,” said ALI.
