Operatives from the Taguig Police arrested an installer-technician in a drug bust operation in Taguig on Feb. 18.
The operation was conducted by the Taguig Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit on Previda Street in Barangay New Lower Bicutan at about 11:55 p.m.
Nabbed in the operation was a suspect, identified as alias John, 44, who was caught in possession of illegal drugs.


The police confiscated two plastic sachets containing shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride), weighing 31.6 grams valued at P214,880.
A criminal complaint will be filed by the police against him for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
“The fact that this operation was a success shows how serious we are about getting rid of drugs in our neighborhoods. Those who peddle these dangerous substances will continue to be held accountable as we intensify our operations," Brig. Gen. Manuel Abrugena, district director of the Southern Police District said.
