Senatorial bets Bam Aquino, Heidi Mendoza cross paths in Quezon Province campaign trail
Senatorial candidates Bam Aquino and Heidi Mendoza have crossed paths during their respective campaign trail in Quezon Province recently.

Aquino and Mendoza, both an independent candidate, share the same belief that public funds should benefit the people, down to the last centavo.
On a Facebook post on Feb. 17, Aquino shared photos with Mendoza, a former Commission on Audit (COA) Commissioner and a known anti-corruption advocate, during their meeting with volunteers and supporters in Lucena City.
I am happy to be with Ma'am Heidi Mendoza in Quezon Province together with our volunteers and supporters the other day. We both believe that public funds should go to the people),” said Aquino, an independent senatorial candidate.
This belief is what keeps me going to push for free college education and ensure employment for every Filipino),” he added.
While in Quezon, Aquino also held a youth forum at Southern Luzon State University in Lucban, Quezon, and met with school officials and students from Sacred Heart College and Daughters of Charity in Lucena City.
