Filipino film 'Hello, Love, Again' debuts on Netflix's Global Top 10; 'Squid Game' 2 at No. 8

The box office hit Filipino film “Hello, Love, Again” debuted on Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 of the most watched movies and shows on the streaming platform. 

Netflix released the rankings for the most watched films and shows covering the period Feb. 10 to 16 this year. 

In the top 10 non-English movies, “Hello, Love, Again,” which stars Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, debuted at No. 6 with 3.5 million views or 7.1 million hours viewed on Netflix for the week.

“Hello, Love, Again,” “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call” and “Squid Game” season 2 in the top 10. (Netflix)

“Hello, Love, Again” is No. 1 in the Philippines, Qatar and United Arab Emirates  and in the top 10 in Bahrain, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Taiwan. 

The film, released in the Philippines last year, also stars Joross Gamboa, Valerie Concepcion, and Jennica Garcia. 

Meanwhile, in Netflix’s global top 10 non-English shows, the Korean series “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call” is No. 7 with 2.8 million views while “Squid Game” season 2 is No. 8 with 2.7 million views. 

“La Dolce Villa” is No. 1 on the English films list with 19.8 million views  while “Surviving Black Hawk Down” is No. 1 on the English TV list with 7.9 million views.
