Teacher arrested for raping 14-year-old girl in Pasig
A 36-year-old teacher was arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl, who was allegedly his lover, in Pasig City.

The Eastern Police District (EPD) identified the suspect as “Dodzman,” tagged as the second most wanted person (MWP) of the EPD and the third MWP in the city for the case of statutory rape.
On Feb. 13, the suspect was initially arrested in Iloilo City through a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jesus Angelito Huertas Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 261, Pasig City, in connection with the Statutory Rape case filed on Nov. 5, 2024.
On Feb. 16, while under police custody, the authorities also presented a standing warrant of arrest against him, issued by Judge Joanne Gironella-Gastrock, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 98, Antipolo City, dated October 9, 2024, for the case of rape under 266-A of the Revised Penal Code. Both cases have no bail set.
Investigation showed that the two reportedly have an illicit relationship.
“Napag-alaman na may namamagitan sa suspek at sa labing-apat na taong gulang na babaeng biktima, ngunit sa kasawiang palad ay pinagsamantalahan ng suspek ang murang kaisipan ng batang biktima (There was an illicit relationship between the suspect and the 14-year-old female victim. Unfortunately, the suspect exploited the victim's young mind),” they said.
They added that the exploitation occurred twice in 2024 with the first happening on June 14 at a hotel in Pasig. The second was on June 26 at a lodge in Antipolo.
The victim's parents only learned about the alleged illicit relationship in August and immediately reported the suspect to the police. Authorities conducted a thorough surveillance which led to his arrest.
Police said the suspect is now detained at the Pasig City Police Station Custodial Facility while awaiting a commitment order from the court.
