Criminal group leader nabbed in QC

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) arrested the suspected leader of "Trono" criminal group on Monday, Feb. 17.

Police identified the suspect as Joshua Trono, a resident of Barangay Gulod, Quezon City.

Trono was arrested at  Calavite St., Brgy. Paang Bundok based on a warrant of arrest for frustrated murder issued by Branch 215 of Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC).  

Based on the Investigation Solution Automatic Verification (ISAV) system, Trono has cases of theft committed in January 2022, frustrated homicide in February 2022, robbery in 2015 and 2024, reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property and homicide within the area of Novaliches Police Station 4.
