During the event, Senator Grace Poe introduced her son, the first nominee Brian Poe, stating, “Ang aking anak ay nagsipag, umpisang nagtrabaho sa mababang pwesto sa Senado bilang Assistant Clerk hanggang sa naging Chief-of-Staff ko.”

This reflects the dedication and hard work that Brian has shown in public service.

Senator Poe emphasized the importance of capability in serving the public, saying, “Importante po sa akin na kapag maninilbihan ka, meron kang kakayahan. Kapag maninilbihan ka, dapat masipag ka. At kapag maninilbihan ka, uunahin mo ang pangangailangan ng ating kababayan."

Senator Poe proudly declared, “Mga kababayan, it is with pride, proud po ako, na iendorso at ipakilala sa inyo ang aking anak na si Brian Poe-Llamanzares, ang first nominee ng FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist.”

As the first nominee, Brian Poe expressed, “Nakaka-proud po maging leader ng FPJ Panday Bayanihan. Dahil itong partylist na ito ay naghahatid ng tulong at serbisyo sa mga kababayan natin. Wala pa man tayo sa pwesto, pero naghahatid na tayo ng tulong.”

His words resonate with the organization's proactive approach to serving their constituents even before officially taking office.

The FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist has gained recognition for its rapid relief efforts and is committed to pushing for legislative changes that address systemic issues faced by key sectors, including farmers, fisherfolk, transport workers, urban poor communities, youth leaders, the informal sector, and frontline workers.

In a heartfelt moment, Brian Poe shared his aspirations, saying, “Mga kasama, bilang apo ni FPJ, ito lang talaga ang pangarap ko. Na ituloy ang legasiya ng aking lolo.” He highlighted the enduring legacy of his grandfather, the legendary actor and political figure FPJ (Fernando Poe Jr.), who dedicated his life to public service. Reflecting on his grandfather’s words, Brian recalled, “Sinabi ni FPJ sa kanyang talumpati noong 2004, ang serbisyo ko sa inyo ay walang katapusan.”

Though two decades have passed since FPJ’s passing, his spirit of bayanihan continues to inspire many Filipinos today. The rally concluded with a renewed sense of community and commitment towards building a better future for all.
