Valenzuela gov't announces mandatory renewal of PWD IDs

The Valenzuela City government announced on Monday, Feb 17, the mandatory renewal of valid Persons with Disability (PWD) IDs.

Residents holding PWD IDs with a red color and an ID number ending in "VC" are required to renew them.

The city government stated that ID holders must present the following documents for renewal: their old PWD ID, an updated medical certificate from a doctor, a valid ID, and a birth certificate (if the ID holder is a minor).

Applicants must visit the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) on the ground floor from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For inquiries, residents may contact PDAO at 8352-1000, local 1213.
