Bong Revilla brings Pops Fernandez & Martin Nievera reunion concert to Facebook Live

Former celebrity couple Martin Nievera and Pops Fernandez delighted their fans during their reunion concert, titled "Always and Forever," which was streamed live on Facebook on Feb. 7. However, this Facebook Live event was unplanned.

A friend of Martin expressed surprise upon returning home after the concert. His other friends congratulated the concert king, stating they had watched the show.

Martin was curious about how they were able to watch it while being at home.

One of the housekeepers answered: “We watched it on Sen. Bong Revilla’s Facebook live."

Sen. Bong Revilla Jr. and Cong. Lani Mercado attended the show together at the SM MOA Arena. It turned out that Bong's dedication to doing a Facebook Live stream was appreciated by his followers, as it allowed them to attend the concert for free.

After the concert, people were happy because they took pictures with Sen. Bong. Fortunately, Sen. Bong and Cong. Lani still had time for a date before the campaign started.

"We really love Martin and Pops," said Bong, who celebrated Valentine's Day with Lani in Iloilo. Bong is at No. 6 in the latest senatorial survey of Pulse Asia Research.

Bong also said he had dropped all showbiz commitments as he hit the campaign trail.

The last time Martin and Pops performed in a full-length concert was before the pandemic in the pre-Valentine’s day concert, “Two-gether Again,” at The Theater at Solaire in January 2020.
