CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police arrested two men for allegedly robbing a convenience store in Barangay Balsik, Hermosa, Bataan, on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The suspects were identified as Junior, 32, and Gil, 31.
Investigation said the store was robbed at 12:45 p.m. and immediately reported to the police. Lawmen conducted a pursuit operation and nabbed the suspects in Barangay Saguing, Dinalupihan, Bataan around 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13.
Recovered from the suspects were P8,500, a pellet gun resembling a .45 caliber pistol, a helmet, face cover, and a motorcycle.
The suspects face robbery charges. Junior faces an additional case for violating the election gun ban.
Police Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo, PRO-3 chief, lauded the swift arrest of the suspects. “This operation is proof that criminals have nowhere to hide.
