Bulacan PPO holds benchmarking activity on tactical operations, AI-driven technologies
The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) led by Col. Satur Ediong conducted a benchmarking activity on tactical operations and artificial intelligence (AI) -driven technologies on Wednesday, Feb. 12, to improve operational efficiency, response time, and the integration of advanced technologies.

The event gathered members of the Chief Provincial Tactical Operation Centers (PTOCs) and IT personnel from various PPOs and city police offices under Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), along with representatives from Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking service provider.
The initiative was led by Maj. Jonathan Taliwan and Action Police Command Officer of ROTC, PRO3. Cpt. Maria Jeicyl Capoquian.
The event was also facilitated by PTOC Chief and Bulacan PPO Cpt. Nuttahma Hawari.
Participants explored best practices in law enforcement and discussed how these could be applied across other PPOs and CPOs in the region to strengthen overall capabilities.
The Bulacan PPO, in collaboration with the Regional Legal Office 3 (RLO 3) led by RLO3 Chief Col. Thomas Valmonte, conducted a seminar on Election Laws and Mediation Techniques at Camp General Alejo Santos in the City of Malolos on Tuesday, Feb 11.
The event was also attended by Deputy RLO 3 Lt. Col. Enrico Rigor, Bulacan Legal Officer Lt. Col. Dangal Masigla, and Mediator Atty. Jemina Sy.
The seminar covered essential topics such as Commission on Elections' checkpoint guidelines, procedures for handling gun ban violations, election offenses, and mediation techniques.
The initiative aimed to equip police personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to enforce election laws effectively and manage election-related concerns.
