Valenzuela LGU breaks ground for housing project

Valenzuela City Mayor Weslie “Wes” Gatchalian led the groundbreaking ceremony for phase 3 of the Laon HOAs Federation Inc. - CMP Vertical Housing Project in Barangay Veinte Reales on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The ceremony is part of the 27th Charter Day celebration of Valenzuela City.

The housing project is initiated under President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

It aims to provide accessible and sustainable housing for Filipino families.

The phase 3 of the project will initially consist of five three-story buildings with a total of 240 housing units.

Meanwhile, the first batch of the first and second phases were already completed and turned over in 2023 and 2024.

The entire CMP Vertical Housing Project is set to feature 34 buildings with a total of 1,632 housing units upon full development.
