Tricycle driver shot dead in Quezon

SARIAYA, Quezon – A tricycle driver was shot dead in Sitio Rasak, Barangay Manggalang Bantilan, this town, on Tuesday night, Feb. 11.

Investigation said the victim was driving a tricycle towards Candelaria, Quezon when a man driving a motorcycle appeared and shot him.

The victim – about 40- to 45-years-old, 5’5” in height, medium built, fair complexion, and wearing blue shirt and maong shorts – died on the spot from multiple bullet wounds.

The gunman fled towards San Juan, Batangas. Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
