Pasay cops nab Top 4 most wanted person

The No. 4 most wanted person under station level for violation of R.A. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act was arrested by members of the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) on Feb. 11.

 

The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as alias “Toto,” 39. He was arrested at around 1:50 p.m. in Barangay 45, Pasay City.

 

The SPD said Toto was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Elmer Joseph R. Guerzon of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 114 for violation of R.A. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

 

Toto was detained at the Pasay City Police custodial facility after his arrest.

 

The arrest of Toto was part of the intensified crackdown on criminality launched by the police.
