BACOLOD CITY – Six construction workers were electrocuted while installing solar posts in Barangay Sum-ag here on Saturday, Feb. 8.

Police identified the victims as Aaron, 47; Roland, 34; Reymark, 27; Alden, 24; Arnelo, 24, and Joseph, 34.
Investigation said a solar panel touched a live wire and the victims were electrocuted.
They sustained burn injuries and were taken to a hospital.
Meanwhile, a man was electrocuted to death in Barangay Vista Alegre here on Friday.
The victim was fixing an internet line when he touched a live wire and slumped to the ground.
