The event, which started at 9 a.m., drew residents and supporters eager to hear Tulfo’s platform.
During his speech, Tulfo emphasized the shared mission he and his brothers uphold—serving the Filipino people.
“Apat ang Tulfo, iisa ang gawaing dumadaloy sa aming ugat. Iisa lang ang nais naming mangyari—ang tumulong (There are four Tulfos, but only one mission runs through our veins. We have only one goal—to help),” he said.
He also underscored his preference for action over empty promises.
“Hindi ako mahilig mangako, ayoko ng pangako. Ang gusto ko, gawa—pagtulong sa mga mamamayang Pilipino (I’m not fond of making promises, and I don’t like them. What I want is action—helping the Filipino people),” Tulfo said.
Tulfo vowed to support those who have been mistreated.
“Lahat ng nakakaranas ng pang aapi, pang- aabuso, at panloloko ay aming tutulungan (We will help everyone who experiences oppression, abuse, and deception),” he said.
The journalist-turned-politician has built a reputation for his commitment to public service, particularly in championing the rights of marginalized citizens.
Tulfo assured his supporters that he would prioritize tangible solutions, aiming to enact meaningful change in the Senate through concrete policies that improve the lives of Filipinos.
