If there's any realization that Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa can draw from the fatal chopper crash that occurred a week ago just after he was dropped in Baguio City, is that God still has a mission for him.

He said this during the kickoff rally for Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, who is also running for senator.
"Iniisip-isip ko, bakit 'di nalaglag yung chopper na apat kaming sakay paakyat sa Baguio? Bakit nalaglag siya nung piloto na lang ang sakay pababa pa? (I've been wondering, why didn't the chopper crash when the four of us were on board heading up to Baguio? Why did it crash when only the pilot was on board heading down?)" he said.
"So, I realized, na siguro nga, mayroon pang misyon si Lord para sa akin dito sa mundo (So, I realized that maybe the Lord still has a mission for me in this world)," he added.
This mission, according to him, is to continue the fight against illegal drugs, criminality, and corruption.
It can be recalled that Dela Rosa was dropped off by pilot Julia Flori Monzon Po, 25 in Baguio City along with his two security personnel aboard an R44 light helicopter a week ago.
A tragic crash followed, which claimed the life of Po, daughter of aviation mogul Archibald Po.
