5 local jewelry and accessories brands that should be on your radar
Get to know some of the featured brands at Kultura's Jewelry Market
By John Legaspi
When it comes to jewelry and accessories, industry players forecasted that big, bold, look-at-me designs are the must-wear pieces. Sure, dainty pieces still guarantee effortless elegance, but if commanding attention is your goal, a Filipino-made statement necklace or chunky earrings can do just that.
That and more are on display at the Kultura store in SM Makati as the beloved brand brings back its much-anticipated Jewelry Market. Throughout the month of February, the store dedicated a space for shoppers to discover the unique beauty and charm of Filipino jewelry and accessories.

In this year’s edition, Kultura is thrilled to introduce guest brands alongside its classic house brands, ensuring a diverse range of styles for every personal taste. Consider this your sign to elevate your style with swoon-worthy pieces imbued with Filipino creativity and heritage. Below are some of the must-see featured brands at the Jewelry Market.

Russet Accessories
Established in 2012, Russet Accessories is a brand that champions creativity and self-expression. A testament to that is its “Create your own Jewelry” concept in 2019, which it revived in 2023. Through this concept, the brand and its customers have created a myriad of personalized pieces—including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings—using over 400 charms, some of which are handmade.

Lily Jewelry
Led by founder and main designer Stella Soriano, Lily Jewelry is known for conversation-starting pieces. Its designs tell stories deeply rooted in Filipino culture, nostalgia, and its founder's journey, which can be seen on the brand’s Santan Stud Earrings, Bintana Drops, and aratilis fruit-inspired earrings. The pieces feature pearls and semi-precious stones, among others. But what the brand is known for is its focus on multi-functional, buildable, and convertible designs, from detachable studs and drops to charms.

Mjorian
Ever since 2003, Mjorian has been producing enchanting pieces that add a touch of magic to one’s look. That’s all thanks to founder and designer of the brand Marigrace Reano’s vision and imagination. For years, Mjorian has been a go-to for Manila’s chicest personalities such as Nadine Lustre and Catriona Gray for a dose of local sparkles. Must-try on her booth are her iconic Kamuning earrings, the dramatic Odelia, and pieces from her Daphne collection, which are just summer-ready.

Pamanna Jewellery
Laidback, sophisticated, and tropical—these are just some of the words to describe the works of Pamana Jewellery. Led by Hannah Garcia, the brand reimagines pearls to make them more relatable to the younger generation. As she said, its pieces are “not your usual lola’s and tita’s pearl.” Its pieces always have an edgy yet carefree vibe. Think contemporary takes on Baroque pearl necklaces and mother-of-pearl drop earrings.

Arete.PH
Arete.PH is part of Jeanjaquet, a slow fashion Filipino islandwear brand. Each piece is masterfully done to match the natural and tropical weather of the country. What many love about the brand is its classic and ultra-feminine floral pieces, like the Peonia earrings and Kalachuchi set. For a more statement look, we recommend its Concha Moda two-way earrings and Perla Weave earrings.
Participating house brands and partners include A-M Pearls, Asnie, Asron, Aurea, Glynyz, Goldmine, Hiyas Pilipinas, Kara de Juan, Khai Pearls, Lily Jewelry, LJ Pearls, My Gems, Zumaya Pearls & Corals, Yasira IL Magnifica, and Sparkling Creations.
