This milestone was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Bulacan Sixth District Representative Salvador “Ador” Pleyto, whose advocacy for accessible and well-equipped learning spaces has greatly benefited the youth of Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez served as the Guest Speaker and emphasized the national government’s continued support for education as a cornerstone of progress.
In his speech, he highlighted the importance of investing in the future of students by providing them with conducive learning environments and modern facilities.
Present during the turn-over ceremony were Sta. Maria Mayor Omeng Ramos and Vice Mayor Eboy Juan, along with Councilor Mac Clemente and other councilors.
During the program, DepEd 3 Regional Director Ronnie S. Mallari delivered inspiring opening remarks, acknowledging the collective efforts of various stakeholders in making the project a reality. He underscored the Department of Education’s commitment to ensuring that every Filipino learner has access to quality education and well-equipped classrooms.
A heartfelt message of gratitude was extended by Schools Division Superintendent Norma P. Esteban, who expressed appreciation to everyone who contributed to the realization of the school building project.
She commended the collaboration between government agencies, local leaders, educators, and the community, emphasizing that this achievement reflects a shared vision for educational excellence.
The blessing of the new building symbolizes new opportunities for students and teachers alike. As the doors of the state-of-the-art classrooms officially opened, the event served as a reminder of the power of unity, service, and commitment to improving education.
