It's not just because of the noise. When the sound on the road is loud and sudden, it causes confusion and can lead to accidents, especially during this holiday season when traffic is denser and there are more people walking on the roads. Our request is simple: let's celebrate happily but with discipline and concern for others. Because when the roads are safe, the celebration is also more fun),” Mayor Ruffy Biazon posted on Facebook.
The Muntinlupa Task Force Discipline is implementing the ordinances.
