The organizer said they are aiming for 16 candidates, and more ladies are expected to join as the remaining city franchises finalize their representatives.
Norman Acuba, who recently returned from showcasing Filipino talent at Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, shared how the Cavite franchise came to him at a meaningful time.
“This is overwhelming that I was given the franchise despite a lot of people wanting to acquire it,” he said. “At first, it was just Imus, but with the support of friends and partners, we took on the entire province of Cavite. I see this not just as a challenge, but a blessing because it's time for me to shine. And with our team, I believe we can execute everything in a timely manner.”
One of those who attended the event was Sunshine Dulay, crowned Mrs Tourism at Mrs Asia Pacific 2025
Famed fashion director Raymond Villanueva, meanwhile, expressed excitement that the candidates were "some of the most highly recommended ladies to join this pageant for Cavite. We're just so happy that we brought them in."
MUPH Cavite also announced its official schedule, with the Preliminary Competition set on Jan. 17, 2026 at The Bellevue Manila, followed by the Finals Night on January 24 at Fernwood Gardens, Tagaytay. The winner is set to be formally presented to the national organization by early February.
