Love deserves a second chance as the Kapuso actress Carla Abellana married her non-showbiz partner Dr. Reginald Santos.

Carla and Dr. Reginald exchanged vows in a garden wedding in Tagaytay on Dec. 27. The ceremony was officiated by Mayor Randy Salamat of Alfonso, Cavite, and attended by their close family and friends.

In the photos shared online and reports from GMA Integrated News, Carla glowed in a white wedding gown with a classic veil, while Dr. Reginald complemented her look in a white tuxedo.

Carla's mother, Rea Reyes, also uploaded photos of her daughter's simple and elegant wedding.

Just days ahead of the wedding, Carla offered fans a sneak peek into her preparations. Earlier this week, she posted snaps from her bridal shower, which took place at a beauty clinic in Parañaque.

Carla kept her relationship with Dr. Reginald out of the spotlight and declined to confirm reports about a December wedding.

In 2021, Carla married actor Tom Rodriguez. But the union lasted only a few months. Their divorce was finalized in June 2022 and was later recognized by a Philippine court due to Tom’s American citizenship.
