CEBU CITY – Six former beneficiaries of the
Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) are among the topnotchers in the November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Central Visayas (DSWD-7) said five of the topnotchers are from Cebu and one was from Bohol province.
Leading them was Marjoe Mejias from Mandaue City, who ranked fourth overall on the elementary level with a 93.40 percent rating. Mejias graduated from the Cebu Normal University (CNU).
Clyde Zeph Payusan, a native of Dalaguete, Cebu and a product of the Cebu Technological University (CTU), ranked ninth on the elementary level with a 92.40 percent rating.
Jake Pradilla and Clara Mae Tangpos from Medellin and Dalaguete, respectively, both ranked ninth in the secondary level with a 93.20 rating.
Pradilla and Tangpos are also graduates of CNU. They are among the 44 CNU products who made it to the Top 10 in the licensure examination.
Leendon Gelborion from Argao, Cebu and Niño Sanchez from Buenavista, Bohol both landed at 10th place on the secondary level with a 93 percent rating.
“This achievement proves that the success of 4Ps has faces – and they are the light and inspiration for Filipino youth who continue to dream of finishing their studies and building a better future,” the DSWD-7 said in a statement.
