King.PH brings hope and comfort to fire victims in Mandaluyong City

In the aftermath of the devastating fire that struck Barangay Pleasant Hills on Dec. 13, King.PH reached out with compassion and solidarity, holding a corporate social responsibility (CSR) outreach at the Purok Tres Covered Court in Barangay Mauway, Mandaluyong City on Tuesday, Dec. 23. The tragic incident left more than 200 families displaced, many of whom are still rebuilding their lives from loss and uncertainty.
Driven by its commitment to stand with communities in times of crisis, the online gaming and entertainment platform distributed Family Fiesta bilao packages from Mang Inasal, bottled water, and King.PH merchandise to families affected by the fire.
The distribution was made possible with the support of Barangay Mauway Captain Froi Evangelista and Barangay Pleasant Hills Captain Renz Evangelista, who worked alongside the King.PH team to ensure that assistance reached those in need.
Beyond relief goods, the outreach became a moment of shared hope and healing. The resident King.PH Queens, together with energetic host Penelope in the City, brought smiles to the children and families through interactive games and activities, awarding cash prizes that offered both joy and practical support. Celebrities Paulos Tecle and Genesis Redido also graced the event, lending their presence to uplift the spirits of the community.
Lasting for nearly two hours, the activity was more than a relief operation—it was a reminder that even in times of tragedy, compassion and unity can light the way forward. Through initiatives like this, King.PH continues to reaffirm its dedication to giving back, bringing comfort, dignity, and hope to families as they begin the journey toward recovery.
