The Parañaque Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) reminded business owners of its temporary closure on Dec. 29 and Jan. 2, in observance of the holidays, in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 111 issued by the Office of the President.
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez said that despite the temporary suspension of office operations on the said dates, the BPLO under the supervision of Atty. Melanie Soriano-Malaya assured entrepreneurs that services will remain accessible through its online platforms, particularly for the payment of Statements of Account (SOA).
Olivarez said business owners may continue settling their obligations through the BPLO’s official e-payment facility at https://app.bploparanaque.com/epay/, and other online services related to business permits and licensing may also be accessed via https://app.bploparanaque.com/bpls.
Malaya said for inquiries or other concerns during the holiday period, the BPLO encouraged the public to coordinate through email at [email protected].
She said that the BPLO said it will resume its regular operations on Jan. 5, 2026, and advised business owners to take advantage of the available online services to avoid delays during the holiday break.
