Parañaque Land Tax Office stays open for RPT payments despite work suspension
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez announced that the Land Tax Office will continue to serve taxpayers who will pay their real property tax (RPT) from Dec. 29 to 31 despite the suspension of government work.
Olivarez said the Land Tax Office will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, allowing taxpayers to settle their obligations before the year ends.

He added that the office will be open exclusively for the acceptance of RPT payments during the said period.
The mayor also said that the Express Lingkod Office, located on the 4th floor, IT Zone, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, will not be operational on the said dates.
Olivarez advised taxpayers to proceed directly to the Land Tax Office for their transactions.
He also urged property owners to take advantage of the 16 percent discount for advance payment of RPT for 2026, with the deadline set on Dec. 31.
Residents are encouraged to plan their visit early to avoid long queues and ensure timely payment before the discount period expires.
