Terry Ridon reacts to ex-DPWH exec Cabral's death

Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon has expressed his condolences to the family of former DPWH undersecretary Catalina Cabral, who reportedly died on Thursday night, Dec. 18.
"Nakikiramay ang House Committee on Infrastructure (Infracom) sa pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay ng yumaong dating DPWH undersecretary Catalina Cabral (The House Committee on Infrastructure extends its condolences to the family and loved ones of the late former DPWH undersecretary Catalina Cabral)," Ridon, overall chairman of the Infracom, said on Friday morning, Dec. 19.
"Marapat na igalang at ibigay natin ang panahong ito sa kanyang pamilya upang makapagluksa at alalahanin ang kanyang buhay at mga naiambag sa serbisyo publiko (It is proper that we respect and give this time to her family so they may grieve and remember her life and contributions to public service)," added Ridon.
Cabral, who was implicated in the DPWH flood control projects corruption scandal, reportedly fell into a ravine along Kennon Road.
She reportedly had her driver, Ricardio Hernandez, leave her alone with the vehicle along Kennon Road.
The Infracomm held a public inquiry on the flood control mess earlier this year.
