QC gov't announces extended schedule for real property tax payments
The Quezon City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) has announced on Friday, Dec. 19, that it will remain open to accept payments for real property or real estate taxes from Dec. 26 to 30,to accommodate taxpayers ahead of the year-end holidays.
It will be closed on Dec. 24, 25, and 31.
In an advisory, the CTO said regular operations will resume on January 5, 2026, following the holiday break.
City officials encouraged property owners to settle their tax obligations within the announced period to avoid penalties and ensure uninterrupted city services.
The extended schedule aims to provide residents with more flexibility amid the holiday season.
For inquiries and other concerns, taxpayers may visit the City Treasurer’s Office at the Annex Building, Quezon City Hall compound.
