Boss Toyo plays superhero and Santa Claus this Christmas
What is the real essence of giving toys at Christmas? For one of the most kind-hearted and well-loved content creators, Jason Luzadas, also known as Boss Toyo, it is the spreading of joy, fostering imagination, teaching generosity, and creating lasting memories, especially for less fortunate kids, and transforming a simple toy into a symbol of love, hope, and community care that supports development and builds stronger family bonds.

It's more than just objects — it's about sharing the magic and love of the season, teaching children empathy, and creating compassionate communities through shared giving.
Recently, an event titled “Toy-4-A-Cause 11” led by Boss Toyo, along with other content creators like his supportive wife LovesJhoy, Rendon Labador, Tatay Elon, Nanay Venus, Primo and Lotte, Prof. Rudy, Princess Tan, Princess Loreto, Tukomi Brothers, Good Mangyan, Lai Austria, Baga Ng Mama Mo, Anjo Garcia, Mervin Lamoca, Jed Manalang, Fashionholics and Pilipinas Got Talent finalist Ad Beats were present in a one-day toys gift-giving held in Malibay, Pasay City and Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City on Dec. 15.
They were joined by actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Sam Versoza in Bagong Pag-Asa, where they gave toys to 600 kids, fed and entertained them with Christmas mascots that made everyone happy.
Boss Toyo as Raketman
Boss Toyo has been doing this charity event since 2014, and now he is proud to tell that from 200 kids, there are already thousands of kids from all over the Philippines who are a part of this advocacy. “For me, napakasaya ko na makita ang mga batang less fortunate makatanggap ng magagandang regalo ngayong Kapaskuhan kaya itutuloy-tuloy ko ang project na ito hanggang kaya ko. (For me, I am very happy to see less fortunate children receive beautiful gifts this Christmas season, so I will continue this project as long as I can)," he said.
The “Raketman,” as his new online series billed as (streaming on Youtube, Tiktok and Facebook from Dec. 15 onwards daily, 8 pm), is a true-to-life Pinoy superhero and a Santa Claus to these bunch of kids, “Dahil alam natin na yung mga kapus-palad na kababayan natin mas uunahin nila ang pagkain kaysa ibili ng mga laruan ang kanilang mga anak — ako na ang tumatayong superhero at Santa Claus sa kanila. (Because we know that our unfortunate countrymen would prioritize food over buying toys for their children — I'm the superhero and Santa Claus to them)," he also said.

Boss Toyo will always be an inspiration, so he reminded everyone that, once in his life, he had gone through struggles but succeeded because he was determined to make it.
“May isang (Boss) Toyo na nagsikap at lumaban sa buhay noon kahit anong hirap pa ‘yan. Nakabangon. Ngayon nakakatulong. Gawin nila itong inspirasyon. (There was a Boss Toyo who worked hard and fought in life, no matter how difficult it was. He got up. Now he is helping. Let them use this as an inspiration)," he said.
